- There are 4 look-up options- Name, Account #, Parcel #, and Street Name
The easiest options are always Name or Street Name.
The Parcel # option is the most difficult, but can be done if entered in the correct format.
An example is parcel # 49A07-1-14-125B

- Choose the penalty and interest date that you want. The default is the current month. Interest is added on the first of each month on delinquent parcels.
- Select the appropriate parcel (if using Name or Street Name options).
- Selecting "Details" will show the billing information, as well as the current balance. All delinquencies will be listed for that parcel. If balance is "0", except for current bill, then there are no delinquencies. This information is live.
